We will be racing in Richmond world, the 2015 UCI Worlds Course.

The course is fast again, real fun festival for quick legs, but this time with a sting in the tail. Believe us; sprinters will swear their bloody mother over pure punchers.

Route starts as flat as it can get, but beware! There is a long cobbled section with significantly increased rolling resistance. No way anyone will sleep there. The second part of the course is hilly. It contains three consecutive climbs with almost zero time to recover between them. The first one, the infamous Libby hill is a pure leg ripper. A one-minute steep cobbled ramp, short but hard enough to put pure climbers into difficulty. Sprinters usually survive it, but it’s immediately followed by 23th street climb which is another leg snapper. Only 30 sec long but just the way quick man loves it, punchy! Not much breathing after a short descent and the final climb towards the finish line begins. This one is really painful. While sprinters may face troubles here, it’s not steep nor long enough for pure climbers to get rid of punchers, and an uphill drag to the finish line seems to last forever. It’s ridiculously painful when sprinting all-out towards the finish line.

And who do we think has the biggest chance to succeed on this course? Well, it depends…

Category & will do 3 laps, 48.9 km altogether with 426 m of ascent.
Category & will do 2 laps, 32.6 km altogether with 284 m of ascent.

There are two slots available and remember, you can do either one or both, your best result will count towards general points classification.
